The hotel is conveniently close to living history farms and several delightful dining options like Palmer's Deli, which made my stay even more enjoyable. plus, the friendly staff were a nice touch for my visit as a single traveler. It’s just a shame that the room cleanliness left something to be desired, but overall, it was a pleasant experience.

We stayed for one night as we were visiting family nearby. The pool was nice and the kids enjoyed it a lot. The staff were helpful when we needed assistance, especially when I accidentally locked my access key inside the room. Overall, it was a decent stay but the stale smoke smell in our room was off-putting.

The room was decent, but needed a good clean. The bed was large and comfy, but I found some leftover food on the nightstand and human nail clippings on the floor. The bathroom was mostly clean but had an old tub instead of a shower. Also, the lack of a microwave or fridge was kind of a bummer. Overall, it felt like they were rushing the cleaning with a big college event happening during my stay.

The staff approached every interaction with friendliness, making my check-in smooth. My room, the King Room with Sofa Bed, felt spacious and clean, a real relief. I loved the lobby design, it was well-kept and inviting. The indoor pool was an enjoyable feature, but the temperature felt colder than expected. Unfortunately, the restaurant service was lacking. I waited too long for food, with an order taking almost an hour. I also encountered issues with the towels. the hotel only provides three and I requested more but never received them. The lack of responsiveness to guest requests was disappointing. I had a great view from my room, but the noise levels from the events on-site were a bit disruptive during the night.

Family with kids looking for a nice stay
Had a great time at the hotel. The staff went out of their way when I realized my kid left his iPad in the room. They got it back to us super fast, like a pro operation.
Expensive for what it offered, but I guess it’s acceptable.

I recently stayed here and was super impressed with the awesome water pressure in the shower and the lovely outdoor patio by the indoor pool. It was the perfect spot to unwind after a long drive! The only downside was that I wish breakfast options were a bit more varied, but I still enjoyed my stay. 😊
